Mr. Swettenham has 23 years of brokerage experience in the Sacramento Office Market. In addition to leasing and sales, he has completed several major build-to-suit transactions. He has received the William H. McCarthy Award, CB Richard Ellis ' highest award recognizing company and community leadership and is a four-time member of the company’s prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle. Mr. Swettenham has been recognized locally as the Office Broker of the Year and The Humanitarian of the Year. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Swettenham was a pilot with Republic Airlines for eight years and the US Air Force for seven years.
Craig Sheehy

Mr. Sheehy helped implement a $500 million national Green Building Fund and develops and consults on many green projects throughout the nation. He is active in BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) International, and has served as President and Vice Chair for several California and national BOMA chapters. He is also Vice Chair of the Governor’s Real Estate Industry Leadership Council and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Mr. Sheehy helped develop and operate the Joe Serna, Jr. California EPA headquarters building in Sacramento, which received the USGBC’s very first Platinum Certification through its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Existing Buildings program. Mr. Sheehy also serves on the Board of Directors of The Public Sustainability Partnership.
Daniel Feitelberg

Daniel Feitelberg

Mr. Feitelberg has worked with numerous state and local agencies to develop innovative credit structures and finance construction, transportation, energy, water, education, and health-care projects worth more than $60 billion. He served as a senior banker on the California Department of Water Resources finance team, which supplied a $4.3 billion interim loan and underwrote $11.3 billion of power supply revenue bonds to help California stabilize its energy markets in 2001 and 2002. He was also senior banker on the team that developed the Infrastructure State Revolving Fund Program. Mr. Feitelberg serves on the Board of Directors for the California Foundation for the Economy and the Environment.
Daniele Aquino

Daniele Aquino

Ms. Aquino is a member of the Sustainable Development Team at Thomas Properties Group (TPG) where she assists in "greening" the firm's new developments and existing building redevelopment projects. Her responsibilities span entitlement, design, construction and operations. Ms. Aquino is also assisting in the creation and implementation of the new Thomas High Performance Green Building Fund, which will invest exclusively in high performance, sustainable buildings. Ms. Aquino is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). She earned a Masters Degree in Sustainable Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Catholic University of Goias in Brazil.
Roy McBrayer

Mr. McBrayer is the Program Manager of Governor Schwarzenegger’s Green Action Team, which directs and oversees progress on the Governor’s Green Building Executive Order (S-20-04). He leads the Department of General Services’ Green Team, which provides program management, environmental policy, and oversight for state building, energy, sustainability, and purchasing efforts. Mr. McBrayer has also served in various state leadership positions with the California Performance Review, leading efforts in energy management, information technology, and procurement.
Stephen G. Bushnell

Mr. Bushnell develops innovative new products, services, and information for commercial real estate customers. He has more than 30 years of underwriting, marketing, and management experience in the insurance industry, and has spoken on the unique risks of green buildings at a number of high-profile conferences. Recently, he developed the industry’s first green building insurance coverage program. Mr. Bushnell also contributed to a report that gained national media attention, "From Risk to Opportunity: How Insurers Can Proactively and Profitably Manage Climate Change", and was featured in the “Turning the Ship” series from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, which dealt with the environmental transformation of the U.S. economy.
