Mr. Swettenham has 23 years of brokerage experience in the Sacramento Office Market. In addition to leasing and sales, he has completed several major build-to-suit transactions. He has received the William H. McCarthy Award, CB Richard Ellis ' highest award recognizing company and community leadership and is a four-time member of the company’s prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle. Mr. Swettenham has been recognized locally as the Office Broker of the Year and The Humanitarian of the Year. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Swettenham was a pilot with Republic Airlines for eight years and the US Air Force for seven years.

Mr. Sheehy helped implement a $500 million national Green Building Fund and develops and consults on many green projects throughout the nation. He is active in BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) International, and has served as President and Vice Chair for several California and national BOMA chapters. He is also Vice Chair of the Governor’s Real Estate Industry Leadership Council and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Mr. Sheehy helped develop and operate the Joe Serna, Jr. California EPA headquarters building in Sacramento, which received the USGBC’s very first Platinum Certification through its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Existing Buildings program.

Daniele Horton
Head of Sustainability, Thomas Properties Group

Daniele Horton is the Sustainability Manager for Thomas Properties Group, where she administers the LEED for Existing Buildings (EB) Certification for the firm’s nationwide portfolio of 34 office buildings. Her responsibilities span entitlement, design, construction and operations. A LEED AP with a Professional Certification in Construction Management and a California Real Estate License, she sits on the USGBC-LA Board of Directors and Chairs its LEED-EB Committee. Previously, Ms. Horton worked as an architect and planner in Brazil and the US. She earned her Master's in Sustainable Development from Harvard University and her Bachelor's in Architecture & Urban Planning from Catholic University of Goias in Brazil.

James Finlay
Vice President and Senior Commercial Appraisal Manager, Wells Fargo

In addition to managing and reviewing appraisals and a wide variety of commercial property types, he is also the primary appraisal manager for LEED designed and high performance real estate collateral. These valuations can also include solar photovoltaic arrays and other types of on-site distributed power systems. Since early 2006 he has been the appraisal/valuation representative of the bank’s Environmental Initiative Team. To date Wells Fargo has extended over $3.25 billion to high performance / “green” real estate. Prior to being an appraiser he was a commercial leasing and sales agent based in Santa Monica for a total more than 20 years in commercial real estate. He currently chairs the USGBC LA Chapter’s Commercial Real Estate & Finance subcommittee and holds a B.A in Mechanical Engineering and Economics at the University of Kentucky, is a General Certified Appraiser, and has a CA Real Estate Sales license.

Lisa Fitzgerald
General Property Manager, Hines Properties

Ms. Fitzgerald oversees a portion of the Hines Properties Sacramento, CA portfolio of commercial buildings and is actively involved in the greening of these buildings and operational activities. She has a diverse background in the commercial real estate sector, with her experience involving large-scale commercial property management and comprehensive retrofit and greening initiatives. Her experience has been recognized by current and past companies including Hines Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Trizec Properties. Ms. Fitzgerald graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations. She also holds a California real estate license and Real Property Administration designation and has an active affiliation with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) International.

Lisa Michelle Galley
Managing Principal, Galley Eco Capital

Ms. Galley has more than 23 years of commercial real estate finance experience in US and European markets, having financed more than $4 billion in transactions. She is Treasurer of the US Green Building Council’s Northern California Chapter through 2011 and oversees Galley Eco Capital, which consults on green finance and investment programs around the world. Under Ms. Galley’s leadership, Galley Eco Capital received recognition from Sitra, the Finnish Innovation Fund, for designing unique funding mechanisms that not only supported the development of a proposed carbon neutral district, but would also help transform Finland to a low carbon economy.

Roy McBrayer

Former Deputy State Architect, Program Manager, Green Action Team, State Department of General Services

Mr. McBrayer was the former Program Manager of Governor Schwarzenegger’s Green Action Team, which directs and oversees progress on the Governor’s Green Building Executive Order (S-20-04). Before retirment, he led the Department of General Services’ Green Team, which provides program management, environmental policy, and oversight for state building, energy, sustainability, and purchasing efforts. Mr. McBrayer has also served in various state leadership positions with the California Performance Review, leading efforts in energy management, information technology, and procurement.

Sean Ivery
Senior Director, Cushman & Wakefield

Sean focuses on corporate advisory and tenant representation work.  He has over 15 years of real estate consulting and brokerage experience with both owners and users of real estate. He has previously held senior positions at the real estate practices of Ernst & Young and Navigant Consulting. Sean has proven expertise with transaction advisory work including buy side and sell side due diligence, leasing transactions, and capital market transactions. He has significant experience in project management assignments ranging from fee based development, site selection, and portfolio optimization (including sustainability and energy efficiency). His clients have included public and private real estate companies, developers, brokerage firms, private equity investors and major corporations.

Shaun Dentice
Senior Project Manager, Resource Solutions Group

For the past six years, Mr. Dentice has worked on energy efficiency and green building in the residential and commercial sectors. His demonstrated expertise in these sectors gave rise to his green building policy experience, working with both local and state government to promote sustainable energy practices, smart growth principles and green building initiatives. He has launched and managed a variety of projects, from residential new construction case studies to government partnership and commercial retrofit programs. In his current position with RSG’s Market Strategies Team, Mr. Dentice leads creative development of a wide variety of program design and marketing approaches aimed at shifting behavior towards more energy efficiency practices.

Stephen G. Bushnell

Senior Director, Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.

Mr. Bushnell develops innovative new products, services, and information for commercial real estate customers. He has more than 30 years of underwriting, marketing, and management experience in the insurance industry, and has spoken on the unique risks of green buildings at a number of high-profile conferences. Recently, he developed the industry’s first green building insurance coverage program. Mr. Bushnell also contributed to a report that gained national media attention, "From Risk to Opportunity: How Insurers Can Proactively and Profitably Manage Climate Change", and was featured in the “Turning the Ship” series from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, which dealt with the environmental transformation of the U.S. economy.
