Ms. Galley has more than 23 years of commercial real estate finance experience in US and European markets, having financed more than $4 billion in transactions. She is Treasurer of the US Green Building Council’s Northern California Chapter through 2011 and oversees Galley Eco Capital, which consults on green finance and investment programs around the world. Under Ms. Galley’s leadership, Galley Eco Capital received recognition from Sitra, the Finnish Innovation Fund, for designing unique funding mechanisms that not only supported the development of a proposed carbon neutral district, but would also help transform Finland to a low carbon economy.
