Claire Gagne is a Senior Consultant in the Energy Efficiency group of Navigant Consulting’s Energy Practice. Her work includes identification and analysis of emerging technologies for utility energy efficiency portfolios, development of electric and gas ratepayer funded R&D plans for the California Energy Commission, and supporting analysis for federal appliance standards. Prior to joining Navigant, Ms. Gagne was part of the team that developed the Hawai’i County Energy Sustainability Plan, an action plan for long-term energy system sustainability on the island of Hawai’i, and interned in the Energy & Infrastructure division of the USAID. She is a graduate of Yale College and the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
